About Me

Before entering the mental health field, I spent 20 years as a professional performer in theater, television, and music. I began working in crisis support and client services more than a decade ago, and after stepping back to raise my children, I returned with a focus on research and clinical training. I'm now a graduate student therapist pursuing a Master’s in Marriage and Family Therapy.

Research & Writing

My work is grounded in interests that include parental burnout, mindfulness, and self-compassion. I’ve contributed to writing and research projects that explore how we can support well-being through positive neuroplasticity, emotion regulation, and relational health. I'm especially drawn to work that bridges science with accessible, meaningful tools for everyday life.

Therapy

As a Marriage & Family Therapist student intern, I provide affordable therapy in Las Vegas for individuals, couples, and parents seeking meaningful support during challenging seasons of life. Whether you’re experiencing anxiety, depression, grief, relationship conflict, parenting stress, or life transitions, therapy can help you feel less alone and more grounded.
